Allergies

When placing an order with me, it is important you notify me of any food allergies.

I have completed Food Allergy and Intolerance Training with the Food Standards Agency.

Please note I am not able to cater for anyone with a severe nut allergy. My kitchen contains dairy, gluten and nuts. I do follow strict hygiene procedures to remove the risk of cross-contamination, however, I cannot guarantee there are no trace elements. Please discuss when placing your order.

Labelling

All products will carry an allergen advisory label on the exterior of the box/bag. Please notify the recipient / guests of these allergens.

Natasha's Law

I am compliant with Natasha's Law as each order is pre-ordered; therefore I am not required to provide a full ingredients listing for every item sold. If you do require a full list, I am absolutely happy to provide this at the time of booking.

Buttercream

Butter, icing sugar (plus flavouring: vanilla extract / lemon juice / instant coffee / cocoa etc) Gel food colouring.
